Proclean does excellent, fast work at very competitive prices. I called Proclean for air duct and dryer vent cleaning because I have allergies. The technician showed up 15 minutes early and was very professional. The technician did a whole house air duct cleaning – including all vents and return vents – and a dryer vent cleaning for us and he did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

VERY PLEASED with Proclean. The technician was punctual and professional. He was very knowledgeable and showed me free pictures of the air ducts before and after. I am so glad I did it and will continue to work with Proclean. The air duct cleaning took about 3 hours and I can breath easier afterwards. Allergies were probably from all the dust and dirt inside the vents.

I used Pro Clean Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning for all of my interior carpets this weekend. I can no tell you the last time my carpets looked so good and smelled so fresh with two very messy children and two very hairy dogs! On time, properly distanced and masked, very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend them to come into your home and do a fantastic job!

I was a little afraid of having people over because of the COVID situation and because it was my first time cleaning the ducts and vents but I had a great experience with them. I had used Proclean a few times ago, and thought the cleaning they did was superior. JR arrived on time, showed me the alternatives, and went to work. Mainly the stair carpeting may be wearing out, but after cleaning they look great! The living room and hallways look very close to new, despite having a lot of use. I think their charges are worth the good work done. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. This is a shot of the living room after the cleaning!

The carpet looks brand new. This unit has a lot of steps (2 stories) & the technician Jose did an outstanding job. Even though it was a little pricey, I couldn’t have been more pleased. He worked really hard & the carpet looks amazing.

I was very happy with Proclean honesty, professionalism . I called Proclean to have my ducts clean but it turned out I didn’t need them . Unfortunately there’s companies out that aren’t that trustworthy they would’ve just took your money and did absolutely nothing. instead of having my duct cleaned I had my HVAC service. I hired ProClean to clean the carpets in the home I was renting. Jose called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived exactly at the beginning of the 2 hour window provided when I scheduled. His estimate of the time necessary was also spot on, and the carpets looked great when he was finished. I love working with family owned businesses. They were courteous and honest over the phone. They arrived on time. They were super fast and my carpets look great. I got to meet a senior technician who said he’s been with the company for 15 years. Super nice guy. I will use them again. The pros of using Proclean as opposed to steam… if you live on a second floor or anything, their equipment does not require being connected to the truck.
